ROTCODER 2.0 - A utility for coding and decoding in rot-13

I wrote this program because I frequent a USENET
newsgroup devoted to crossword puzzles, where answers are
always being given in ROT-13 code. Rot-13 is simple. You
just offset each letter by 13 letters of the alphabet.
"A" becomes "N", "B" becomes "O," all the way around
until "Z" becomes "M." The nice thing about it is that
you do the same thing to decode as to encode.
Every time I needed to decode something, I found
myself writing out the alphabet and swearing that this time
I would save the piece of paper it was written on. So I
thought I would write a little windows thing to do it for me.
All you need to do is run it and start typing the word
you want to code or to decode. The Rot-13 equivalent
appears in the text box below.
The Paste button pastes text from the clipboard
to the top text box, where it is encoded and decoded
automatically. The Copy button copies the contents of the
lower box to the Windows clipboard. Hence, if you are using
Windows communications or word processing software, you can
highlight the bit you want decoded, copy it, run Rotcoder, click
the Paste and Copy buttons in rapid succession, return to your
other application and hit Paste there and voila ... your text
is rendered readable, or unreadable if the process is in reverse.
Since this program is so utterly trivial, it ought to be
freeware, really. But in my family, intellectual property is
no damn joke. It ain't in my bones to give away anything, sad
to say.
My solution is to call this delightware. You have
permission to try it out indefinitely, but if you ever find
that you're delighted with it, you should pay $5 for a license
