This project was set up specifically to generate LOC records for sites within the THENet network of the University of Texas. Although the techniques used here will work for any state, some of the data files we used were extracted from the Census Bureau's TIGER CD Rom, and processed into a form that is easier for us to use. We have not done this processing for other states.

You can however 'hack' the map browser by zooming out of Texas, sticking a pin in another state, and zooming back in. If that gives you a good enough grid reference, you're welcome to use it.
