This guy seems to think his scrabble engine is worth selling, so there
is no source here to review.  You can play against it on his web pages.

Or rather you could, but it doesn't seem to work.  Despite his thumbing
his nose at Hasbro's lawyers, he does appear to have taken the game
play offline.

So I guess we'll never know what this program had to contribute to
the sum of human knowlege.
