The WORDY system is being distributed for entertainment purposes only.  Every 
effort  has been made  to keep the word lists current and accurate,   but the 
author can assume no legal responsibility for any damages, direct or indirect 
in case of error.

In other words, this is for you to have fun with and to sharpen your wordplay 
skills with.    Please do not sue me if your expectations are not met by this 
package.  WORDY demonstrates that it is possible to get quality software at a
modest price ($2.00!), but remember, I do not have a team of programmers  and
proofreaders available to check my work. Please do not hesitate to report any
errors or inconsistencies.

No responsibility can be taken for "bugs" in the software.  ALL complex com-
puter programs contains bugs and errors.    As a software author / computer
programmer, I am constantly at work testing and fixing my software. All the 
same it is the responsibility of you, the users of my software, to be aware 
that my programs and data files are not "perfect", and may possibly produce 
erroneous results. I *will* stand behind my software, however, and will fix 
any errors as I find them or as they are reported to me. I make a strenuous 
effort to send out updated software as necessary.

It has not been my intention to make widespread the practice of using elec-
tronic aids or software to "cheat" in games of postal  Scrabble (tm)  or in
matches by modem or on servers.  Any such (mis)use is the responsibility of
the persons engaging in such practices.   All users of WORDY are encouraged
to refrain from any unethical uses of same that might negatively impact the
competitive or fun aspects of Scrabble (tm).
