Changes from the previous version:

 - Upgraded dictionary to OSPD3 - over 1200 extra words
 - Dictionary loading fixed - gzip only required, not gzcat
 - Tidied up interface
 - Fixed fatal bug with 4 players, due to memory corruption
 - Dictionary and other files are specified in resource file, not at
     compile time - this allows binaries to be released.
 - A couple of small changes and bug fixes
