Fetch https://github.com/hoglet67/PiTubeDirect/tree/hognose-dev/
and then add the *.[hc] from this directory and the NS32016/* files
from the subdirectory to NS32016/ in that tree.

Build in the NS32016 subdirectory using the information in the
README.txt in that directory.

Note that directory https://gtoal.com/acorn/panos/JulesR+DaveW/D0067/
contains m2c, asm and link that are TK binaries, *not* Panos ones,
so should adapt relatively easily to this environment!
