Missing wiki entry

Unfortunately you have stumbled upon a page from the Ed Comp Hist website which was lost in a rather unfortunate disk crash that we didn't have a backup for. Hopefully a mistake that won't happen again. This file is a placeholder until the original data eventually turns up in the Internet Archive and we can restore it (or we just recreate it from scratch, whichever happens first.) We do however have a lot of good material in our archive, which you're welcome to browse.
