I have installed a pdp9/15 emulator on my home Linux system which I can make accessible over the net. It currently runs the DEC operating system, but the emulation is faithful and I do not see any problems at all in emulating Hamish's operating system if we can find a bootable DECTape. Although we were very fortunate in finding a lot of the sources to this system, we don't have enough to rebuild a bootable image.
We could potentially rebuild the OS from source, however although we have the compiler (bootstrapped, even), we don't have the system assembler. We might ask for help from the "ClassicCmp" mailing list where I'm sure we can find someone who has this assembler.
We have successfully managed to emulate PDP9/15 Imp programs (even those with embedded assembly language) and you can read about that effort in the Imp 9/15 documentation.
