I'm looking for someone who can do some repairs on a barn-style garden shed that was built in the late 90's and needs repair and maintenance. I think the shed is structurally sound inside although one sagging beam may need some additional support. The main areas needing repair are outward-facing surfaces which have suffered weather damage and rot, where holes could let water get inside. Some planks and cross beams will need repair or may need to be replaced. Also, as a preventative measure, the shed may need some more support blocks after some blocks having settled over the years (at least in one corner) although the shed itself is still level for now. A few roof shingles have come off and more have separated in recent weeks, so the roof may also need short-term repair to avoid worse damage if the full repairs can't be worked on relatively soon. This isn't urgent on a scale of days but I wouldn't want to wait several months before having it done. Somewhere in the next two to eight weeks would be a reasonable timescale to start and after you inspect it I would like an estimate of how long the work should take.

Below are photos of the damage I've observed to give you an idea of the work required. Call me (Graham Toal) on 956 383 1755 if you want to arrange a time to make an inspection in person and submit a firm quote for the job. If I'm not available when you call you can talk to my wife Anne who is aware of what needs to be done and can arrange a time for you to visit. We're in Edinburg: 345 Enfield Rd (off Tourist drive which is the road next to the Echo hotel on Closner).
