- Just a small fix.
  Didn't clear bit seven of register 7 of PSG.
  This might lead to complications if bit is set, since
  it enabled I/O port of PSG.
- Other stuff done some time ago.
  No Warrenty about that though.
- Amongst those saved a few cycles in the decoder somewhere...

- new optimization switches, no better packing,
  but worse packing for faster execution.
  This includes a bunch of new batch files.

- new option for Vectrex 'C'- compiler compatible
  assembler output (data only, a 'library' component was added to
  to the compiler and is distributed with this release)

- some tools and documentation were added to the archive

- songs 'loop' now, not going to nirvana-data anymore

- asm data changed, now only one pointer needed to initialize a song

- name of song added to vectres data, if no name given YM3*...
  the Filename will be used

- player displays the above name while playing the song

- output information changed

- some other changes as well
